WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will ship out via USPS within 3 business days.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email a description of the damage along with a photo and we will work together to resolve the matter.
HOW ARE YOUR BRACELETS SIZED?
All of our bracelets are made to fit 7" to 7.5" wrist. If you need a smaller or larger size, please email us before placing your order. Most bracelets can be made smaller but it depends on the pattern. If it needs to be larger, we need to ensure we have the materials to increase the size.
HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM BRACELET?
To order a custom clay or seed beaded bracelet, simply choose your color(s) and email us at sprinklesofcrafts@gmail.com
We offer up to 8 letters on each bracelet. You can also choose the style/color of letters from the selection we have to offer.
We will email you photos to get your final approval before shipping.
